Mighty Bird
Mighty Bird
The Challenge: In a saturated market of quick-service chicken concepts, Mighty Bird needed more than just a logo—it needed a destination. The goal was to create a high-impact, scalable spatial identity that ensures franchisee longevity while standing out in a crowded competitive field.

The Strategy: A flexible design framework that adapts to diverse footprints—from urban streetfronts to mall food courts—without losing its premium, "Elevated Fast-Casual" soul.

Bringing "Crave On" to Life, Heroic Illustrations & Modular Storytelling
----
These custom murals are a major part of the Mighty Bird experience, mixing high-energy storytelling with a modular design system that works in any space. By pairing bold 'Crave On' typography with 'heroically delicious' hand-drawn illustrations, the graphics create a fun, Instagrammable vibe that really brings the brand's 'Mighty' personality to life. Scalable—using a mix of dense iconography and patterns that adapt easily to different retail layouts, from big feature walls to small food court spots. The result is a consistent, punchy visual identity that looks great at any scale.
The final Result
edo Japan
The Strategy Evolving the Edo Japan brand required an architectural roadmap that prioritized customer experience without sacrificing speed. The goal was to move away from a traditional aesthetic toward a more energetic environment — one that appealed to a younger demographic by turning fresh meal preparation into a visual destination.

The Execution The design centered on a Teppan-style stage, moving the grill to the front of the house so customers watch their food being prepared. This made the "Master of the Grill" the central focal point — transforming the space into an experience of trust and entertainment that resonates with a social-media-savvy generation.
To support the rollout, a modular design system was developed to ensure brand consistency across four distinct layouts — Side Grill, Front-Facing Grill, No Grill, and Food Court — adapting to the range of footprints and service models found nationwide.

Purolator
The problem:
Purolator needed a fast, frictionless way for people to pick up and drop off packages during the busy holiday season. The goal was to design a "quick stop" that felt like an interactive and memorable part of the stackt market — not just a standard shipping kiosk dropped into the space.

The Execution:
The structure was built by joining two shipping containers and removing the middle wall, creating a wide, and open floor plan. The layout was divided into two clear zones: a bright, Instagram-worthy front-of-house designed to draw attention and invite social sharing, and a dedicated back-of-house that kept packages organized and out of sight.
